I have an another steamer. Actually, this is probably about my fourth or fifth steamer. I loved my first one and used it for years before it broke. I keep looking but nothing has been able to match it. I got this one because I wanted something that had a bigger tank. The other one I own is so small that it had to be refilled multiple times.Pros: This one has a large tank and so no problem with needing to refill. It looks well made and the parts connect easily. It has good heat and multiple levels. It heats up fast. Did a nice job on the windows- streak free and clean. It did a nice job on the bathtub! It did okay on the stove.Cons: It doesn’t have a button to control the steam so you turn it on and it steams. I can’t stop it, set it down to wipe up something and then pick it up again and steam. It’s a bit of a pain! I am also having trouble with it dripping a lot - especially when doing the windows. I struggled to steam the hem of my shirt since I couldn’t set it down/ stop the steam. I also wish the cord was little longer - it was hard to reach all the windows and I had to unplug it and move it multiple times.
