This jacket is surprisingly well made and lightweight. I was a little unsure about the coffee/brown color when I ordered it, but to be very honest, it’s probably one of the best colors I’ve received. It’s not too dark or too light—just the perfect shade, and I really like it.The fit is great, and the zipper slides smoothly. Overall, it’s very lightweight, but it does a great job of blocking rain and wind while keeping you warm enough on chilly days. Definitely not a snow jacket or a parka, but it’s exactly the kind of light jacket you want for fall or those lighter, colder days. Easy to wash in the washing machine as well. Very well made, good value for money and kudos to the makers!

Lightweight, Comfortable, and Very Packable
Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2026
This is a practical lightweight puffer jacket for cool weather, travel, and everyday use. The regular fit is comfortable through the shoulders and chest without feeling too loose, and it leaves enough room for a light layer underneath. The nylon shell does a good job of blocking wind and handling light rain, although I would not treat it as a substitute for a true rain jacket in heavy weather. The stand-up collar and elastic cuffs also help keep out some of the chill.I especially like that the jacket is packable and comes with its own storage bag. It compresses down easily, so it is convenient to keep in a backpack, suitcase, or car when the weather is unpredictable. The zippered hand pockets are another useful detail and keep small items more secure.Overall, this is a well-designed, versatile jacket with a good balance of light warmth, wind protection, and portability. It works especially well for fall and spring, travel, or as an extra layer when you do not want the bulk of a heavier coat.

Rather thinner than expected from the photo

This is a fairy decent coat, but not the best. Given the price, it is a good deal, as long as you are not expecting something big and heavy. It is fairly light-weight, and much thinner than I expected from the photos in the description. It has a good zipper, and seems well made. It has zippered pockets that are deep and large enough to include even gloved hands easily enough. It is just not really all that thick. It seems more like some sort of wind-breaker with a lot of extra padding. Still it is a decent enough jacket for moderately cold weather. I wouldn't wear it in a blizzard, but on a cold day it would be fine. I do like the green color, and it looks nice.

Lightweight and travel friendly

This puffer jacket is an excellent lightweight coat for fall through spring. The material is very water resistant - in a light rain, the water did not soak the material. The neck is padded, the cuffs have elastic, and the length and overall fit is accurate. The zipper runs the full length of the jacket. The inner and outer pockets are very deep and can hold a lot. The outer pockets are zippered.A travel bag is included. While the coat material is slippery, I was able to quickly and easily fold it and roll it up and place in the bag. The bag size is small, and it fits well into a corner of my suitcase. It doesn't take up much room at all.The poly material is easily spot cleaned, and it can be machine washed in cold.I ordered the brown, and it is a warm, chocolate color.Overall, this is an excellent value for a well-made and practical jacket.

Comfortable, value priced jacket

I can't believe summer is already coming to an end and fall is right around the corner, but at least this jacket showed up at a good time. Overall, it seems like a really nice lightweight option for cooler weather without spending a ton of money.Sizing seems pretty accurate. If anything, it might run ever so slightly larger than a comparable jacket in the same printed size, but not enough that I'd personally change sizes. Overall, it fits about how I'd expect. The material feels comfortable and lightweight. It is a little thin, so I'm curious to see how well it holds up after a season of regular use, but I haven't had any problems so far. I'll update my review if durability becomes an issue.Style-wise, I think it looks good, and I like that there are plenty of color options available. The price also seems very fair for what you're getting.Overall, this seems like a nice value-priced jacket for those chilly fall days when you need something warmer than a sweatshirt but don't need a heavy winter coat.

Warm Packable Jacket
Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2026
This jacket was warm when putting it on. It is very lightweight and comfortable. An improvement with this jacket over a prior version I had with a polyester outer is this one feels like it has less static with the nylon outer and it feels more durable. Color matched the listing. The jacket is sized normally for jackets which is a little bigger than the typical shirt size. Typically I wear a size XL in shirts and ordered the jacket in size L.Based on my prior experience with a similar amazon essentials jacket, it will work good down to around freezing. If I'm spending extended time in colder weather I'll wear a heavier jacket. The jacket also comes with the pack-able bag which is excellent for traveling. On the topic of traveling the pockets have zippers on them for security and the jacket also has inner pockets on each side.I would say this jacket is an excellent value and very versatile. I've worn my prior version that I purchased for years with no issues but gave this one a try and like it even more.

Nice Jacket, but the Collar Comes Up Too High
Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2026
This is a nice, cozy jacket. It feels great, and I’m looking forward to wearing it when winter comes. My only real criticism is the collar. It’s not easy to fold over or keep folded down, and when I’m wearing the jacket, it comes up much farther into my chin than it appears to in the pictures.• Nice and cozy• Feels great when I have it on• Collar is difficult to fold down• Collar comes up pretty high into my chinAll in all, it’s a pretty good jacket. I just wish the collar sat a little lower.

While I have a number of jackets I don't have a puffer style. This changes that.I don't know why I wanted one of these jackets, but I just did. So, when offered I had to place the order. It arrived as expected and was a good fit. Everything fits comfortably and the sewing looks very well done. No threads hanging and all stitching is straight. There are two outside pockets that are very deep. Each is zippered with a zipper pull hanging from the zipper head. Inside are another pair of quite large pockets. The neck area has a puffed-up draft seal. There is elastic sewn in at the sleeves, but it is not tight enough to seal out drafts. I imagine that with gloves on the seal would be better. They include a stuff sack for storing the jacket.I was surprised to find that the zippers are very high quantity YKK zippers that are smooth as silk to operate. Now this is a light duty jacket that will not, by itself, stand up extremely cold weather. It will, however, work nicely in moderate weather. Could be used as a topcoat over a second coat or sweater. It is rain resistant but not a full raincoat. Filling is not down but does a good job.Mine is espresso brown and they are available in teal green.Bottom line here is that I am impressed with this jacket for the very reasonable price.
