Thick, warm, and soft. Fits true to size. Amazing for price.

Warm and cute I actually liked it so much I bought a second oh and it’s a Ugg dupe at like 1/4 of the price

This jacket has been so great for the 30’s-40’s here in Chicago. It’s so warm and well made. Fit perfectly and I love the adjustable drawstring as well! It’s so soft and washes really well. No issues.

Thicker and warmer than expected, fits well. Zippered pockets are nice. I like the soft sherpa like exterior however it looks a bit like a dirty sheep/dog wrapped around me because it attracts dust and fluff easily and that stays stuck to the jacket. It's warm however so I'm keeping it

Love the comfort, color, style, warmth & softness. Just beware, the red transferred to the white top I was wearing with it.

This jacket was better than I expected. It’s soft and very comfortable. It also fits well, and is true to size. It offers a lot of warmth, while being lightweight and not overly bulky. Such a great find for a great price!!! I definitely recommend this jacket.

i'm 5'2 and bought a Medium that fits perfectly. This coat is so extremely well made. I have many North Face coats living in a cold snowy climate. I needed a new black coat and saw the amazing reviews and had to buy it. It's amazing. The outside is this incredibly soft sherpa while the inside is a fleece material that is also incredibly soft. Coat is much thicker than I thought it would be honestly. Zippers are great. Pockets are big enough to fit a hat or gloves. Much thicker than I thought it would be. Originally bought it to replace a spring black coat I had that the zipper broke, but it can absolutely work as a winter coat with a sweater underneath. Incredibly warm and cozy. Can't recommend more. Don't need to pay more for a great coat
