I love this pan! I cooked blackened chicken in it and it all cleaned off with the water spray! Great for sauteing veggies, etc.. The size is just right. Expensive, but so far it's been worth it!

My new favorite pan. Easy to clean. Had to get used to the heat distribution. It's hotter than previous pans.

I absolutely love this pan. The heat distribution is excellent and you really only need half the oil you would need in another pan. You get a great sear stovetop and being able to out it in the oven is a major plus! Will be purchasing other GreenPan pans in the future.

Non stick effect deteriorated too fast even though we followed all the instructions of how to use special cleaning, utensils, and low heat procedures. We were extra careful since we had trouble with cheaper ones, but spent a lot more on this one. The coating stayed intact no chips but it is no longer non-stick

Love the huge cooking capacity. Seems to cook evenly. It's not too heavy. Nothing sticks to it. In fact, this pan works so good that I ended up replacing 2 Teflon coated pans with this one. Cleanup is so much easier. The quality is far superior to any other pan I own. Splurge a little extra money to make cooking and cleaning more enjoyable.

Nothing beats a GreenPan!! I have had this Valencia pro tri-ply stainless steel pan for about a year. It is very durable and high-quality. It is not my first GreenPan and will likely not be my last. The brand is a great value for the price.

Quality made pan, and the non stick is fantastic! I do think you need to follow the basic instructions of using medium heat and washing with a netted sponge to insure its longevity. I do use silicone spatulas and other wooden utensils to cook so I don't worry about any scratches to this pan. For me , the weight is fine because I'm use to cooking with 14" pans, and I the price is worth it when you're talking about quality!

MY OVERVIEW: A little pricey, but imo well worth it. Compared to what we had before, it works fantastic on our induction cook top. It heats evenly, so far no warping, and is easy to clean. One thing to keep in mind is this pan is HEAVY. Without the "helper" handle, I would have a very difficult time lifting it off my burner. Speaking of handles; both the pan handle and helper handle stay within a temp that didn't require me to use a pot holder, however the lid handle became a bit hot and I did have to use a pot holder to remove it. Neither the weight nor the hot lid handle is a deal breaker for me, though. My husband and I love this pan!PROS: Durable, non-stick, easy clean-up, heats evenly, no warping, works great on our induction cook top and in our oven. Have used it for cooking salmon, chicken, jambalaya, frittata, shepherds pie, and sauteing vegetables.CONS: HEAVY, and lid handle can get hot
