We love this rug. I was concerned about washing it, but it washes like a dream. I take it out of the washer after double spinning and then put it out on the patio table to dry. I put fabric softener in the final rinse. I want it to dry fluffy so I take a kitchen brush and brush all the nap up. I brush it several times during the drying processes.It looks fabulous in my bathroom, it feels wonderful under our feet, as we exit the shower. It does not shed or smell, it is absorbent but not really necessary.My robot vacuum does not do well as to the long nap. My battery vacuum does just fine.

Update: I loved this rug, but it can't be washed. It's "washable" but too large and fluffy for any washer. The manufacturer will not help resolve this issue.I wasn't sure about the bubble part of this rug, but it gives it some good appeal, particularly around the edges (makes it look kind of scalloped). The taupe color is BEAUTIFUL. It matches my greige walls well. The rug is suuuuper comfy and soft and fluffy. It doesn't need a rug pad, but I added one for extra fluff, and it's amazing like a cloud. The rug also stays in place (this includes my matching runner that doesn't have a separate pad--I love that a coordinating runner is available). The rug is supposed to feel like faux rabbit fur. Oddly my husband got a rug burn on it, but I digress. Def happy with this purchase

Absolutely gorgeous. Soft. Easy to vacuum

So soft! My daughter has this rug right by her vanity and has already dropped make-up, including black waterproof mascara on it several times. Make-up comes out very easily. The rug has not stained once so far and dries perfectly/looks like new. Given how soft and fluffy this rug is, I was surprised that it doesn’t matt at all - no evidence of spot cleaning and zero shedding. A really good buy.

9 MONTHS UPDATE** I am still happy with my purchase considering I paid $35 on sale but wanted to add to my review that the rug "fur" is matted down flat over time (9 months since purchase) & the diamond lines are basically non-existent anymore. It's been washed probably 8-10 times & always hung to dry. I have another brand rug like this with the "fur" and it has held up much better - no matting at all, looks like the day I bought it - still fluffy.I just bought a house & had it built with no carpets - and have a Senior dog. Needless to say, she's not doing well on the slick floors so I've been on the hunt for washable rugs & runners that won't break the bank AND are stylish/ more modern. This runner was special price of about $35. It's definitely worth what I paid -Love the color, the softness, the backing is nonslip & it's not shed at all. Also, my cat's love running up & down on it. It honestly feels like rabbit fur.

Very pretty but slippery .

When it comes to things I’ve purchased on Amazon, or anywhere for that matter, this is by far one of my favorites. It’s exactly what I was wanting for our mountain industrial style home with the faux rabbit feeling rug, the color was exactly what I was hoping for to contrast the wood floors, it wipes crumbs off instead of getting trapped in the fibers, it shakes out easily if there are tons of little things like dirt in it, when washed, it looks and functions exactly the way it did new, it doesn’t slide or move, it’s fun and soft to walk on, it came out of the box and laid flat and didn’t have any smells or odor. It checks all the boxes. I bought more for my bathroom and laundry room in different colors. This was an amazing rug! Best value for money and met my needs as I had hoped for! Love it!

Obsessed with this rug. I’ve got a posh store front for all of my extra clothes so I’ve turned an alcove into my posh closet. Popped this in between the racks and it was the missing link to finish the styling. It’s quality made, super soft, fluffy, looks luxurious, and machine washable! What more can you ask for?I’m redoing my dining room and have a huge one for that. Now I cannot wait to finish that project.
